Beacon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager II for our client partner. Candidate MUST be a CURRENT WI resident. All work must be done within the State of Wisconsin. Hybrid schedule with onsite work in the office once a week. May be required to pick up equipment.

Skills:

Strong Project Management knowledge and experience; both Waterfall and Agile development.

Time management and prioritization skills.

Solid organization and effective communication including meeting facilitation.

Leadership.

Strong problem solving and decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience working in public sector or on projects with significant public scrutiny.

Previous experience with project management and/or solutions development in the Human Resources function.

Previous project experience involving building large scale data collection and analysis processes and structures.
