Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our client partner. This position is located in Boston, MA. The Support Technologist will provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining. Experience with Windows and Mac systems is necessary.
