Quality business and technology staffing and consulting services have been the brand promise of Beacon Technologies Inc. since its inception. Founded in 1998, Beacon Technologies began when Todd Meier, President and CEO, decided he wanted the freedom that came with running his own business. After working in the IT services industry for two decades, Todd noticed that the resource staffing part of the business became very transactional with little focus on the employees. Todd believed a staffing company should strive to treat its employees like customers. With high employee satisfaction and loyalty, we could provide better service to clients. That is still our culture today.

Since its founding, Beacon Technologies has evolved from its Madison, Wisconsin roots into a nationally recognized firm serving clients and consultants across the country. However, the real evolution has been in building a high-powered staff of customer- and consultant-focused salespeople and recruiters who believe in our culture and bring energy to it each day.
