Beacon Technologies is seeking a Systems Analyst III for our client partner. This position is responsible for growing and operating the Information Technology Solution Delivery program at our client. This position serves as an expert resource and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation is allowed. The selected hire must be onsite in Madison, WI a minimum of two days per week.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience (must have at least 8 years of experience):

• Advanced knowledge of business and technical analysis: business process documentation, process design, requirements gathering, functional design.
• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and practices.
• Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

Top Nice to Have skills:

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar.
• CompTIA A+ certification of similar.
• PMP certification or similar.
