Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client partner. Experienced role that focuses on sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommendations of external and/or internal candidates. May focus on entry-level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff or management/leadership.

Job Description
Primary Accountabilities:

  • Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment process (solutioning, hunting, gathering, meeting, offer/negotiation) for entry to mid-level positions.
  • Develop proactive strategies to research and identify talent pools and recruiting channels to attract candidates.
  • Coordinate with talent onboarding teams to close and finalize new hire recruitment.
  • Consult with and manage candidate / client / business team negotiations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop strong relationships with associations, academic institutions and interest groups to support a robust experienced hire talent pipeline.
  • Develop a program of activities targeted at attracting talent, including recruiting presentations, recruiting events, sponsorships, and other special events.
  • Represent our client at recruiting events and through other special projects.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates for senior-level positions.
  • Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs.
  • Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools.
  • Extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
