Job Purpose: Business development, placement of consultants and resource management for the organization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business opportunities for the organization
- Identify new clients, negotiate and secure new service agreements
- Maintain and grow business relationships with business' current clients
- Recommend and execute strategic initiatives to grow the organization's business lines
- Make sales contacts, research customer needs, follow up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers
- Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
- Establish & maintain industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
- Establish & maintain industry contacts that lead to sales- networking
- Develop and formalize annual sales plans. Participate in sales forecasting and planning
- Document qualified detailed job requirements in Exelar
- Identify exclusive job placement opportunities
- Work with Human Resource Director in contract negotiation of service agreements
- Secure appropriate levels of mark- up for placements. Work with human resource director o secure annual bill rate increases for multi-year placements when possible
- Follows and maintains compliance with all assigned customer policies and procedures
- Determining customer satisfaction of consultants
- Status report weekly to CEO and daily schedule sent to all office staff
- Assist the business' recruiting efforts by
- Recommending new potential candidates, interviewing candidates and submitting candidate to accounts
- Working with recruiters to identify future customer needs and how to fill those needs
- Final resume review for customer submittal
- Follow up of interview to recruiter
- Technical resource management- maintains a minimum of 2 contacts a month per assigned consultant, 1 in person visit per month for each assigned consultant for a total of 6 times per quarter
Experience: 5-10 years Healthcare IT consultant sales experience, national level experience required
