Beacon Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Location Based Entertainment for our client partner. This is a hybrid position located in El Segundo, California.

Job Description:

• Review detailed project plans including scope, timelines and budgets for theme and live show projects that have over 1B of investment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees.
• Work closely with creative teams to maintain brand integrity and storytelling across all entertainment offerings.
• Facilitate design reviews, technical rehearsals, and creative approvals throughout production phases.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee risk assessments and technical documentation for live performance environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Theater Production, Theme Park Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the theme park and/or live entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale entertainment projects from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of theatrical production and theme park operations.
