• SOX Training
• COSO Framework
• Develop Business Policies
• Develop Control Design
• Create and Maintain Process Flow Diagram
• Create and Maintain Narratives
• Maintain Audit Board
• Perform 404 SOX Certification
• Assist in SOC review
• Develop Key Reports and Spreadsheets Inventory
• Baseline Key Reports and Spreadsheets
