Beacon Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Developer for our client partner. This role will join the AJAX project team. The term will be for six (6) months with the option to extend up to an additional twelve (12) months or look to hire permanently. The developer should have at least two of the competencies listed below:

• Copado Robotics Testing Experience
• Communications Clout (SFI) Experience
• AgentForce

Project tasks and deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in regular MS Teams Video calls other meetings, workshops to understand business requirement, review progress that has been completed and support deployment as per the requirement.
• Implement features using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud related functionality such as OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and / or Flex Cards). Also Flows, Triggers, and APEX code and unit tests.
• Build UI’s using core Salesforce technologies such as LWC’s, Apex, and/or Flows.
• Troubleshoot and fix Salesforce Communications Cloud technology-related issues assigned through JIRA. These could include issues related to Enterprise Product Catalog, Salesforce Industries CPQ, hybrid CPQ cart, Pricing, and/or CPQ APIs.
• Understand different user journeys related to network ordering configuration and develop and/or enhance workflows.
• Build application features as specified or assigned, unit test developed features.
• Provide input and support to QA teams testing the application.
• Deliverable Completion Standards:
• Development will be done using Kanban methodologies with a regular release schedule; typically, every two weeks. Development will include development, unit testing, automated testing, and functional testing of each feature.
• Our client and each developer will complete development reviews at the completion of feature or defect to validate and provide feedback on the functionality to be delivered in the configured Application.
• Contractor will be responsible for Build, Unit Test, Functional Testing, and support deployment of Salesforce objects to other Salesforce instances.
• Our client will be responsible for defining and assigning areas of development to the CRMantra Contractor. This includes definition of the Acceptance Criteria for the work items assigned to CRMantra resources.
• Contractor is expected to work a total of 40 hours / week in performing the assigned tasks.
