Position Details


Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is hiring a Level 2 Support specialist with expertise in SailPoint IGA – IIQ. This role is 100% remote and can work from anywhere in the US.

Well-qualified candidates will have the following experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with SailPoint IQ – troubleshooting access issues, analyzing user logs, researching analytics and data structures, auditing event logs, application and task configuration.
  • Experience troubleshooting code issues (Java/Shell scripts).
  • Identity IQ and access government big picture knowledge is helpful!
  • Strong desire to find access issues and drive issue resolution process to completion.
  • Agile/Scrum experience is nice to have, but not required.
