Beacon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager III for our client partner. This position will be working to provide project management services to support the prioritized projects of the Wisconsin Child Support program. The child support program is working on a modernization effort for the program and related technology systems. This position will provide project management support to the Child Support Modernization project and any other prioritized work assignments.

Candidates must have experience with supporting application development for large complex systems (e.g. Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.). This position also requires knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation tasks; and methods used to develop, install, and maintain large complex information data systems. This position requires knowledge of and experience with project management techniques and automated project management tools used to create detailed project plans and support Program Management Office functions including Microsoft Office Suites. Requires knowledge and understanding of standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works with project team and sponsor and has experience documenting risks and developing mitigation plans. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with experience in Child Support business area and/or multi-year projects with state and federal reporting requirements.

• Application Development and Support project management – all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.) (8+ years)
• Experience with system modernization projects (3+ years)
• Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (10+ years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge and experience with child support system certification.
• Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification.
• Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience.
• Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA).
