Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager I for our client partner. Our client is redesigning the entire web presence to account for changing strategy and for an update to the websites’ accessibility. The contractor will work with the marketing and communications team, and the information technology team, under a project co-led by the directors of each function to deliver a redesigned web experience. While the contractor will work primarily with the Marketing and Technology teams, there will be ample opportunity for the contractor to engage with stakeholders for whom we are implementing this redesign. Wisconsin residents only. No relocation allowed. This position will be hybrid, with two days working remotely, and three days working on-site at offices in Madison, WI.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

  • Five or more years of leading multidisciplinary technology projects from inception to completion.
  • Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic website projects on a defined timeline.
  • Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholder teams to develop consensus on project progression.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments.
  • Experience with multiple project management tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders who may not be familiar with desired project methodologies.
