Beacon Technologies is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager – Content Supply Chain & Generative AI for our client partner. We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the people side of AI adoption for our client's Global Technology Organization. This role partners directly with the Senior Technology Project Manager for Content Supply Chain and Generative AI to ensure AI-enabled capabilities take hold across Global Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, and functional stakeholder groups. The right candidate understands that AI programs fail at the human layer, not the technical one. They are fluent in the full AI solution lifecycle. From use case prioritization and stakeholder discovery, through iterative development and user validation, to deployment and sustained adoption. They can co-facilitate a discovery workshop in the morning and present a benefits realization report to a steering committee in the afternoon. When adoption stalls or a business team pushes back on a new AI-assisted workflow, they know how to diagnose why, engage the right people, align the solution to what the business requires, and move the program forward. This goes well beyond communications planning. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills to drive measurable adoption outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Candidate must be willing to work in the office 4 days per week and collaborate across US time zones.
What You'll Lead:
- End-to-end OCM strategy for AI adoption programs, including Generative AI content workflows, AI-assisted decision-making tools, and intelligent automation initiatives across the Global Brand
- Stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and audience-specific change journey design across marketing, creative, technology, and operations
- Organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses that inform program design, sequencing, and prioritization
- Discovery workshops and design sessions in partnership with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to surface pain points and define future-state workflows
- Executive reporting including adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and ROI frameworks tied to AI program investments
- Learning and enablement strategy, including AI literacy programs, role-based training, and hands-on tool adoption support
- Change governance integrated within Agile delivery teams, aligned to sprint cadences, PI planning, and iterative release cycles
- Adoption measurement frameworks tracking leading and lagging indicators through usage data, survey results, and stakeholder feedback
How You'll Lead:
- Operate as a strategic thought partner to the PM, product owners, and GTO leadership, not as a downstream execution resource
- Engage business stakeholders to understand how their teams work, where AI introduces friction or opportunity, and what success looks like from their perspective
- Translate business needs and adoption gaps into actionable program decisions, not just communication plans
- Build and deliver executive assessments of organizational readiness, adoption risk, and benefits realization at key program milestones
- Construct OCM business cases and ROI models connecting change investments to outcomes: productivity gains, error reduction, cycle time improvement, and capability retention
- Integrate OCM activities into program governance including steering committee reporting, risk registers, and milestone planning
- Champion responsible AI adoption, building workforce understanding of how AI tools work, where they have limits, and how to use them well
- Continuously evaluate change interventions and adjust based on adoption data, stakeholder signals, and delivery team feedback
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in organizational change management, organizational development, or transformation roles, including a minimum of 3 years directly supporting AI, automation, or intelligent technology adoption programs
- Demonstrated ability to design stakeholder personas and use cases that drive program and product decisions, not just communications
- Hands-on facilitation experience with discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment sessions
- Proven track record building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks credible with finance and executive leadership
- Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to embed OCM activities within iterative delivery cycles
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications, including AI-assisted workflows and the organizational implications of AI-enabled roles. Hands-on technical development not required, but active personal use of AI tools is expected
- Ability to define adoption KPIs, build measurement plans, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Strong executive communication and influence skills, with the ability to advise leaders on people risk and adoption strategy
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Content Supply Chain, MarTech, or Digital Asset Management transformation programs
- Background in organizational development, behavioral science, or instructional design
- Familiarity with AI delivery lifecycle frameworks and the ability to map OCM milestones to each phase of AI solution development (e.g., CRISP-DM, Microsoft TDSP, or CPMAI)
- Proficiency with OCM tools such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter; Microsoft 365; and virtual facilitation platforms such as Miro or Mural
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (DAPs), learning management systems, and usage analytics tools
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent Agile tools, including authoring OCM-related user stories and epics within a product backlog
- Background in CPG, entertainment, media, or consumer brands
- Prosci, CCMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
