Beacon Technologies is seeking an Office Administrator for our client partner. This position is located 100% onsite in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

• Stationed at the front desk / lobby. Great all visitors and sign them in per our client's Physical Security Policy.
• Understand the corporate image and professional standards for reception.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment consistently.
• Prioritize face-to-face customer service for visitors in the reception area.
• Assist with booking meeting rooms and catering requests efficiently.
• Take ownership of enquiries inbox and ensure timely responses.
• Report faults or maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate catering calendars for meeting requirements.
• Develop an understanding of the business structure and share knowledge with others.
• Facilitate access card management and basic onboarding for new starters.
• Maintain inventory levels for all stationery, batteries, and kitchen consumables.
• Liaise with key suppliers and contractors for office maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Intermediate Excel, Power Point skills to assist with data collection (Sustainability, Office Utilization, Department Metrics).
