Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is looking to hire a Level Help 2 Desk to work remotely.

Under this role, you will provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.

This is perfect for a technician with excellent customer service skills to assist with level 2 troubleshooting activities/incident resolution. This typically involves PC issues and software issues (installation assistance, troubleshooting user concerns). All PCs in scope are Windows-based. Most user have physical laptops but virtual desktops and thin clients are also in use. Some basic networking and Office 365 knowledge (no admin experience needed) is a plus. Understanding of SCCM software deployment is a plus!
