Beacon Technologies is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst for our client partner. This role locates, contracts and purchases capable sources of supply of goods and/or services on behalf of the company. Applies strategic sourcing skills to mitigate inherent supply chain risks, including data risks, to successfully contract with a third party. Conducts RFPs, negotiations, and coordinates applicable Legal and IS Security Reviews.

• This role will support purchasing and procurement activities within the IT category. Prior experience supporting IT-related procurement or purchasing activities is strongly preferred.
• The majority of the work will involve facilitating and executing standard departmental workflows throughout the supplier lifecycle, including purchasing, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and governance-related activities. Experience with systems such as ZIP and Docusign would be beneficial.
• While the role is eligible for remote work, we have a preference for candidates located in the Madison area who can regularly work from our client's headquarters and align with their hybrid work model.
