Beacon Technologies is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for our client partner. The onsite Facilities Manager/Manufacturing Engineer role is located in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a long term (multi-year) contract position on the west side of Madison, WI. The ideal candidate has a heavy industrial background. Foundation of role is strong Project Management.

• Draft scopes of work.
• Coordinate with project vendors.
• Create and track schedules and budgets.
• Provide project updates up the line.
• Run project kick-off and close-out meetings.
• Responsibilities include managing the repair and/or replacement of industrial equipment, working/negotiating the vendors, ordering equipment, managing the delivery and storage and coordinating schedules.
• Looking for a super strong communicator, both verbally and written, who can provide detailed communications and ask the right questions.
• Project execution is key, and they need to be fast-moving and take strong accountability.
• Must be detail and result oriented.
• A minimum of 50% of time will be spent on the plant floor. Role requires physical ability to climb, lift 25 lbs., and access high or tight spaces.
