Beacon Technologies is seeking a CRM Integration Specialist for our client partner. Must be a current Wisconsin resident. No relocation allowed. Position is hybrid within the state of WI. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of our client's Zoho implementation. The ideal candidate will be a software developer who has experience with the Zoho product suite and Java. The individual should be capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
• Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.
• Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
• Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing the Java development environment.
• Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards.
• Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques
• Knowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures.
