Beacon Technologies is seeking a Content Writer for our client partner. This is a content editing/auditing role. Our client is looking for a professional writer for content to include technical and/or marketing-oriented writing for brands and/or business and ad copywriting. Our client's team has been given the responsibility to update/audit the content on their website. They will be supporting the product marketing team and will work closely with product lines to understand growth targets and provide product specific content to customers. They will own the content on product detail pages and articles. This is a remote role with the option to work anywhere in the US.

• There are over 1,000 pages on the website that need to be reviewed for compliance and to make sure information is up-to-date and accurate.
  Marketing compliance for agencies to drive brand awareness.
• Take sources of truth (brochures, etc.) and leverage internal AI tool and audit content on website for accuracy/compliance – product details and articles.
• Recommend changes for pages, merge articles, remove outdated articles, bring suggestions back to team.
• Monday.com and Jira are tools used for project management across the teams.
• Insurance background strongly preferred, need to understand what can be put on website to stay compliant; would consider candidates that have experience in other heavily regulated industries, but insurance would be ideal.
• 2 years of insurance experience would be preferred over someone with more experience in other industries.
• Zyflow – new auditing tool that will be used.
• Hours are flexible but need to adhere to core hours for meetings (8am – 5pm CST).
