Beacon Technologies is seeking a Construction Manager for our client partner. This role will manage oversight for our client's Gas Compressor Replacement Project.

• Project Location: Madison, WI
• Project Duration: February 2026 – June 2026
• Outage Window: April 18 – May 23, 2026

Overview:
Provide construction management and oversight for the replacement of end-of-life reciprocating gas compressors with two new rotary screw compressors furnished by Kobelco Compressors America. The role involves coordinating all demolition and construction activities between the facility and Hooper Corporation, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee demolition of existing compressors, HVAC systems, structural steel, and associated piping.
• Manage installation of new compressors, lube oil systems, gas silencers, and air handling units.
• Supervise modifications to facility foundations, piping, power, controls, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure proper execution of structural steel framing, concrete foundation work, and electrical systems installation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and startup support for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with OEM recommendations and project construction specifications, including but not limited to NDE testing per ASME B31.1.
