Beacon Technologies is seeking a Change Manager for our client partner. The Senior Change Manager is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable successful adoption of strategic business, process, technology, and operational transformations. The role acts as the bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that changes are understood, adopted, and embedded to achieve intended business outcomes and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to transformation objectives.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts across people, process, technology, and operating models.
- Ensure change activities are proportionate to the complexity, risk, and scale of the initiative.
- Define success measures and adoption outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication planning.
- Facilitate alignment across sponsors, leaders, delivery teams, and impacted business areas.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Business Readiness & Adoption
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
- Develop business readiness, transition, and adoption plans.
- Partner with business leaders to prepare teams for new ways of working.
- Manage resistance and support leaders in driving sustainable behavioral change.
- Benefits Realization
- Define adoption and business outcome measures.
- Track and report readiness, adoption, and realized benefits.
- Support leaders in embedding changes to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
- Governance & Assurance
- Provide change management oversight across strategic initiatives and portfolios.
- Identify and escalate change-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure change activities are aligned with governance requirements and delivery milestones.
- Provide assurance that the organization is prepared to transition to future-state operations.
Required Experience:
- Significant experience leading change management activities within complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering business, process, technology, and operating model change.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and business leaders.
- Experience developing change strategies, readiness plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption frameworks.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated environments preferred.
