Beacon Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst - ADA Specialist for our client partner. ADA Accessibility experience is CRITICAL to this role. Anyone submitted without this experience will not be considered. Candidate MUST be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Position is 100% remote within the state of WI. The ADA Digital Accessibility Specialist supports our client's mission and strategic plan by assisting teams with ADA Compliance for web sites, web and mobile applications/content, eforms and documents to meet or exceed the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) related to Digital Accessibility.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

• 2-4 years of ADA Accessibility experience with websites, applications, forms, PDF and conventional documents.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in using tools like WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, Acrobat PRO, manual keyboard testing.
• Candidate must display drive and urgency in getting tasks completed quickly.

Nice to Have Skills: (2-3 allowed)

• Developing documentation or checklists for staff.
• Professional collaboration across all levels of the organization.
