Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking an ADA Disability Accessibility Specialist for our client partner. ADA Accessibility experience is CRITICAL to this role. Anyone submitted without this experience will not be considered. Candidates must be current Wisconsin residents. Those local to the Madison area are strongly preferred. No relocation allowed. This position will be working a hybrid schedule with at least 2 days in office per week.

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

  • 2-4 years of ADA Accessibility experience with websites, applications, forms, PDF and conventional documents.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in using tools like WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, Acrobat PRO, manual keyboard testing.
  • Candidate must display drive and urgency in getting tasks completed quickly and independently.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Developing documentation or checklists for staff.
  • Professional collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Additional details: The selected hire is expected to cover parking costs or work out a reimbursement agreement with their supplier. There is some free street parking in the vicinity, or onsite parking at a monthly rate of approximately $70/month.
