Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking an Access Identity Administrator for our client partner. As an Access Identity Administrator, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding applications and infrastructure by managing user access, supporting security initiatives, and ensuring smooth provisioning and deprovisioning processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing user identities and access controls, which involves user provisioning and de-provisioning, and enforcing access policies.
  • Implement and maintain identity and access management systems like Azure AD or Active Directory, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Process and resolve access-related tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access remediation, and privileged access requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and end users.
  • Assist with complex access requests and support internal and external audit activities.
  • Maintain user access groups and partner with affiliates to enforce and audit security controls.
  • Help develop, maintain, and enforce IT security policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies standards and procedures, and provide consistent and superior customer service.
  • Works well independently or with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in an open environment that facilitates information exchange. As directed by management, actively seeks technical feedback, advice and training from Security resources related to assigned projects or support issues Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work additional hours as required by workload.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, & Service Now.
  • Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
