Help Desk Level 1-3059
Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent customer service and communications skills, with experience (6 months or more) of a technical IT background.
Strong, reliable attendance is a MUST for this position! As a call center, we have to have people with dependability who will be at work every day.
- Level 1 Help Desk candidates must have 6+ months of large IT high volume call center experience.
- Candidates need strong technical experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Calls are from corporate employees and the agency force.
- Must be an independent worker.
- Reliability is a key!
- This is a contract opening. It is not contract to hire.
- Candidates must be available to work out of the Madison
- The Help Desk is a 24×7 operation.
- Shift include weekends.
- Candidates should be open and flexible to schedule changes.
- The job is 100% phone support in a large call center environment done through remote support.
