Help Desk Level 1-2642
Beacon Technologies is recruiting for Help Desk Level 1 consultant for a 3rd shift position. The candidate should have at least 6 months in a large IT call center, strong customer service skills, focus, and a stellar attendance record in previous positions. Candidates need strong technical experience.
- Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
- The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent customer service and communications skills, with experience (6 months or more) of a technical IT background.
- Calls are from corporate employees and the agency force.
- Must be an independent worker.
- Strong, reliable attendance is a MUST for this position!
- This is a contract opening. It is not contract to hire.
- The Help Desk is a 24×7 operation.
- Shift include weekends.
- Candidates should be open and flexible to schedule changes.
- The job is primarily phone support in a call center environment done through remote support.
- The position will also include activities such as reporting, data entry, and/or knowledge document creation during down times overnight.
