Beacon Technologies is recruiting for a Help Desk Level 1 Consultant for a client located Madison, WI. The consultant must have 6+ months of large IT high volume call center experience.

• This is a contract opening. It is not contract to hire.
• The Help Desk is a 24×7 operation.
• Shift include weekends.
• Candidates should be open and flexible to schedule changes.
• The job is 100% phone support in a large call center environment done through remote support.
• The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Strong, reliable attendance is a MUST for this position!
• Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
***The first 8 weeks of the position will be training. The hours will be during normal 1st shift business hours to learn role, Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:45pm. Once training is complete, regular shift hours will start.
These positions require candidates to be available for work a shift anywhere between 6am-8pm Monday – Friday and also 8am-1pm on a Saturday once every 7-8 weeks, candidates need to be flexible on their hours.
