Expert Middleware Admin-IBM/MQ/Linux – 3464
We are seeking a strong/senior IBM MQ/Linux/Windows Server Administrator, who can troubleshoot difficult technical issues and use Diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues with Java/distributed applications.
1.IBM MQ Administration expert.
2.Strong Linux Administration and Windows Server Administration.
3.Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues.
4.Diagnostic tools – familiarity with tools used to troubleshoot issues with Java/distributed applications.
1.Familiarity with tools to monitor MQ Servers.
2.Familiarity with Linux OS diagnostic tools, BASH and Perl scripting.
3.Mainframe, Java, and/or .Net development skills.
1.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
2.Good organizational skills.
3.Self-starter with good work ethic.
4.Able to work alone and as part of a team.
5.A willingness to ask questions and search for answers.
On-Call – The on-call rotation is once every 3 or 4 weeks. You are paid for hours worked fixing issues, but not for carrying the pager. No one is added to the on call rotation until they are ready to be successful and this is by mutual agreement.
