Desktop Support 3-13986
Beacon Technologies is recruiting for a Desktop Support 3 Consultant to provide expert-level assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware. This Title receives escalated level support issues from help desk and the Enterprise Support Center. There will be some in-state travel, with very few over night trips expected.
- Requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, mobile devices, other supported wireless devices and peripherals.
- Has 5 or more years of experience in Desktop Support.
- Familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Independently performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
