Desktop Support 3-11253
We are looking for an individual who is very self-motivated with in-depth trouble shooting and has the ability to see issues to resolution.
- Provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware.
- This position receives escalated level support issues from help desk.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, other supported wireless devices and peripherals.
- Has 8 or more years of experience in Desktop Support.
- Familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Independently performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
