Job Summary

Beacon Technologies is recruiting for Help Desk Level 1 for a client located Madison, WI! The consultant must have 6+ months of large IT high volume call center experience.

Experience and skill set we are looking for:

  • Strong technical experience and good typing skills. Need to be able to type while assisting the customer!
  • A minimum of 6 months Help Desk Level 1 experience in a large IT department.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Calls are from corporate employees and the agency force.
  • Must be an independent worker.
  • Reliability is a key!
  • This is a contract opening. It is not contract to hire.
  • The Help Desk is a 24x7 operation.
  • Shift include weekends.
  • Candidates should be open and flexible to schedule changes.
  • The job is 100% phone support in a large IT call center environment done through remote support. 
  • Strong, reliable attendance is a MUST for this position! 
  • Support Technologist provide support to a variety of customers troubleshooting technical problems or providing technical support related to software and hardware systems through configuration, monitoring, control and maintaining.
