The Business Analyst / Project Manager will consultative services to business part


The BA / PM provides consultative services to business partners to connect with our production and commercial print facilities and ensures our departments operational work aligns with corporate strategies and initiatives. This role is responsible for leadership, delivery and support of operational projects and solutions supporting employees, agents and our enterprise brands. This person will also facilitate the delivery of materials on time, within budget, and in accordance with pre-defined specifications.
 
 
Primary Duties
 
Relationship Management and Consultation:
•Connects all areas of our enterprise with our production and commercial print facilities.
•Provides consultative services to business partners in respects to capabilities and services.
•Recommends cost effective solutions to internal and external customers.
•Takes proactive role in anticipating customer needs.
•Relays customer expectations, plans, and needs to department staff.
•Manages customer / business partner expectations.
•Fosters and maintains positive working throughout the enterprise by demonstrating trust, accountability and open communication.
•Recommends cost effective solutions to our business partners.
•Serves as a subject matter expert regarding document processing programs, policies and processes to provide solutions that meet business needs.
•Support, champion and serve as subject matter expert for document processing standards.
•Helps business partners understand how you may assist with reaching their goals.
 
 
Project Management:
•Develops project plans.
•Plan, coordinate and conduct meetings.
•Proactively provides regular updates to all stakeholders, business partners and peers.
•Ensure unit and departmental solutions align with corporate strategies and initiatives.
•Responsible for leadership, delivery and support of operational projects and solutions supporting American Family’s employees, agents and our enterprise brands.
•Facilitates the delivery of materials on time, within budget, and in accordance with pre-defined specifications.
 
 
Technology of the Business Environment:
•Quickly learns new technology and systems in our ever-changing business environment.
•Keeps current on industry technology trends.
•Assists our business partners in navigating document processing systems.
•Support and champion correspondence technology and infrastructure systems.
