The business analyst (BA) is responsible for facilitating the communication with IT staff and business customers to assist in the development, implementation, and support of legacy W-2 applications. The BA will understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions. The incumbent will manage the balance between business requirements and user expectations, while being a liaison between users and technologists to drive requirements to design.
- Project work, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues efficiently
- Identify areas of improvement, testing, and special projects as required.
- Experience with change management in a large-scale, multiple constituent organization to understand and anticipate change management, training, support, and overall operational hand-offs needed.
