When appropriate, Beacon uses a customized “engagement approach” that gives us—and you—a deep understanding of your operations, processes and technology as they relate to your current business problems and objectives.

This approach is extremely flexible. As business and technology consultants, we can take you from beginning to end of a project’s lifecycle. Or, if you have already done the analysis and planning work internally, we can jump in at the point of execution, staffing your projects with professionals who have the flexibility to contribute at project initiation and beyond.

This proven process works for any business challenge your organization seeks to address. Beacon’s “engagement approach” will identify the key business and technical challenges and opportunities that relate to the problem(s) at hand. At the conclusion of this process, you will have a clear roadmap for executing solutions through your architecture, organization and/or processes. You will also have the means to measure results and adjust your processes, operations or technology in response to key measures.

We begin with a 2-4 hour complimentary Discovery Session facilitated by Beacon and incorporating the input of stakeholders from your organization. This facilitated discussion will help to identify key business issues and generate multiple perspectives on the business problems you wish to address.
