Getting Started

Beacon is interested in designing the most appropriate and expedient solutions around your business and your needs. For that reason, we will always start with ardent listening, whether you are turning to us to augment your staff or to design consultative business solutions. We will always confirm key assumptions and work with you collaboratively to develop effective solutions.

There are two basic ways you can get started with Beacon:

1. Staffing support for your initiatives

When you are looking for qualified resources to help you execute new initiatives—whether they are process-driven, operational or strategic—we can provide you with the staffing you need. Each staff member will be carefully selected to achieve a suitable match for your organization, your current projects and the particular strategies you are supporting.

2. Defining the problem

There may be times when you wish to explore your options before you decide on a course of action. For example, if you have not yet identified the root causes for the problems you wish to address, it would be premature to design and execute a new initiative. In these cases, Beacon can help you assess your needs and develop a plan for moving forward.

Complimentary Discovery Session

We invite you to start with a Discovery Session that will be conducted at no cost or obligation to you. We will facilitate a
2-to-4 hour collaborative discussion with representatives of your organization, in order to capture key business issues and help define your priorities. Following this session, Beacon will share our findings with you and work with you to explore potential courses of action.
