Project Manager

A Beacon Project Manager oversees all aspects of a project and is responsible for the planning to accomplish goals within the constraints of time, cost and standards. This includes creating and executing project work plans, identifying resources and assigning responsibilities. Project Managers may be responsible for concurrent projects.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts and technical resources
  • Good negotiation and mediation experience
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desired Skills:

  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of PMBOK
  • Formal training in Project Management
  • Methodology experience with Agile, RAD, Waterfall, SDLC or others
  • A technical background
