Project Manager

We have Project Manager positions open for people with the following experience/expertise:
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager working on large projects.
- Solid understanding and experience in the rigors of project management on software development and business process
- Extensive experience with project methodology and project management tools
- Ability to ensure clear project definition (objectives, scope, assumptions, etc.)
- Ability to provide strong leadership and keep project team focused and motivated
- Ability to ensure methodology is followed
- Experience developing the budget and tracking and controlling project costs
- Experience monitoring project schedule
- Ability to understand the impact of the business and/or technical requirements and constraints in the requirements definition on the scope of the project
- Experience identifying and evaluating the feasibility of alternative solutions
- Experience coordinating the efforts of the project team and manages the attainment of project deliverables
- Experience as intermediary between upper management and project team
- Ability to develop a risk analysis and manage risk mitigation strategies
- Experience identifying and resolving issues and conflicts
- PMP certifications preferred
